Seatons emulsifiable safflower oil

Safflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the safflower (Carthamus tinctorius, or “dyer’s thistle”). The safflower was cultivated for centuries in Europe to produce yellow and carmine red dyes from its blossom. Seatons emulsifiable safflower oil forms an emulsion, simply by adding water and shaking or stirring. The mixture can be easily re-emulsified by agitation and it will emulsify in all proportions of water.
